Is there anything I can use on window glass or seals to allow the windows to operate a little more smoothly?. Any insight would be great I have power and some times they require some human power to help them up

I am starting to look for full interiors( or at least a back seat for a 67 4 door ) what cars interiors will be the same size and bolt in with very little fuss( at least for the rear ) I'd be grateful for any advice or info.

Would the firewall insulation from a Catalina or Impala fit my '69 2+2? Catalina is 1/2 the price of the Impala! Also, has anyone replaced the standard bulbs in the gauge and interior lighting with LED's? Does it require any electrical upgrades or additions?
