I always knew how to change gears in speedo/trans , but wondered how to correct for tire size? A Acadian with 3.55's and E70-14 is different than a B-body with 3.55's and 825-14's I found this formula today

Today I decided to adjust the rockers because I thought one or more may be on the loose side. I noticed that some of the pushrods are spinning while the engine is running. They are not loose enough to clack but they spin. Is this a normal condition or should I tighten until they stop spinning?

OK checked everything over a couple times. Firing order is right, plugs all burning the same at least they are all the same colour. I have the No.1 wire at around 5 O'Clock on the dist cap. But I can' get it to idle nice. Tried 10 then 12 degrees (stock timing guide so only goes to 12)advance with the vacum...

I've got a lifter that won't pump up on my 468BB which has about an hr and a half on it.My question is:Is it possible to just exchange it out for a new one?Any insight on this would be appreciated.Thanks

Saw a TV show about these plugs, said they were supposed to fire hotter, get better gas mileage etc. Had some dyno runs that supposedly backed this up. Is that just snake oil or is there some truth to this? If so, I would like to try a set to see if it will help me get thru Aircare. Thoughts? ray
