Pardon my ignorance but was a 427 an option? (Very nice car but the close-up seem like the paint has orange peeled?)

I dont mean to pick apart another guys car, But as already stated, that is some wicked nasty orange-peal in that fist photo. And is that some really bad overspray all over the kickpanel vent knob? For 60,000, this thing better be a 100 point show car!

MY BEAUMONT HAS 4 STUDDED TIRES AND 2 BLOCKHEATERS......AND LOTS OF OIL UNDERNEATH. The other one has a longer roof.
Rare, one of 451 ever made, 427, TH400 Automatic Transmission 12 bolt Frame-off rebuild, original classic muscle car, great condition mechanically & cosmetically. 60,000.00 O.B.O. This is one of the best Beaumont's you will ever see!
60 thou and overspray on vent knob orange peel paint wrong air breather, braided hoses? someone ripped him off on his frame off restoration
its missing alot of sd chrome, not original motor.... again asking price, isn't necessarily selling price! nice to see what might be another sd car out there, no matter what...
The engine compartment looks like a high school resto project with the ratty looking braided hoses the Tremclad silver booster and its plain dirty. The paint job on my lawn mower deck looks better. 60gs yikes resto- not.

blunt but true The only reason I mention it , is the price for 60g I want everything new!
VERY Doubtful but maybe it's a Conroy 427 Cheetah!. In actuality the only thing 427 is probably the emblems?. The restoration looks like a 'Presto-Resto'...a weekend restoration w/ a buncha' the boys and a whole lot of booze!. Sorry to bash anyone's ride but hanging a 60-thou ticket on this piece in today's market is just plain asking for it!?

I have a question -not picking apart the car, I really just don't know the answer-...
Shouldn't the dash be blue on a car with a blue interior?
Yes, you are correct. There was never a two color interior offered. Black dash would have had all black vinyl and carpet and headliner. If the guy wanted to convert the interior to blue, he would have had to paint the dash and all exposed interior metal to blue. This car was poorly restored
You people don't know what you are dealing with...ever drive one? That car will put you way in the seat and lift off in every gear. I raced/drove one in 1968 when I was 19 years old. I turned 89 MPH ( over 150 KPH) in the quarter mile, factory stock! Hey, to do the 1/4 mile at that speed in a 4000 pound car is nuts fast. Anyway, it is actually worth more than the asking price to be honest with you. If I had 60 large, it would be here with me, and you would not be allowed inside.
