1972 GMC Sprint SP 454

GMC Sprint SP 454. 1 of 35 built, w-code original engine frozen-up, no trans, 3.31 12 bolt, needs complete resto. Rusty rear clip. I have perfect rear clip to replace. Console shift bucket seats, factory air. Lots of extra parts to complete. Please rescue this very rare car.

That is one neat vehicle if it gets restored. I wonder which transmission it had, either a TH400 or an M22? Hopefully it still has the V'd GMC grille emblem. Those grille emblems are nearly impossible to find (not reproduced, perhaps due to the V'd shape).

1 of 35, that is more rare than a BB SD396 convertible but more common than a 427 4-speed Canadian big Pontiac.
