Direct link to the Al Webster sale

Al Webster is selling a great selection of 40 cars at no reserve. Collector Car Productions ( Dan Spendick, a partner in RM has bought the Toronto Collector Car sale at the International Centre from RM and is now sole owner of Collector Car Productions) is auctioning them off on Oct 17 at Al's farm. A link through RM is here http://www.rmauctions.com/default.cfm?SaleCode=AW09

Man. Black with a red top. I can think of several cars that would look fantastic on.

I love that first pic above, the red and white rag.

Always wished those were made by GM.

Without a doubt the quality of these cars is excellent!.

BUT...I gotta' say I'm still sceptical that the '58 Poncho was shipped w/ the Tri-Power as original equipment..

If it was originally equipped w/ Tri-Power from the factory, why not just state it as such specifically instead of their roundabout way of saying it?.

Al is a straight up guy. Take that Starfire Olds wagon...no such car ever made by GM, he built it. He told me he built a 348 tri power Parisienne that won the Cruise Nationals back in '07 too.

unfortunately, there's no picture of Al's 58 Parisienne 348 rag top w/continental kit. I saw this car at the Port Perry cruise in this summer & nearly fell over, " GOD" what a beautifull car, as all of his cars are, { no parts cars there} all his cars are TOP NOTCH & EXPENSIVE He came to the Uxbridge cruise one night with a George Barris custom from the 60's signed on the dash by Barris & a poster from the 1960 Speed Sport show in Toronto & that car was the "feature " car that yr.

Hey Pete, it is there if you go to the link. Here it is:

Tri Power.jpg

I also posted some photos of his 53 Eldorado under Markham Street Festival thread and his 1937 Cord under Thornhill Labour Day. I was lucky to see him twice in less than two weeks. I suspect he will bring the 53 Cadillac to City Cadillac show at the end of the month like he has every year too, for the last time under his ownership.

What the heck I just added one. I asked Al to stop for this one when he was leaving.
