hello all pontiac nuts..like me then had a 66 parisienne conv with buckets/consoll and 454+ pg sadly I sold it... also I missed a parisienne grande in saskatchewan 4 years ago white with red vinyl roof and red interior..was a 283 inside I think good looking colours still have 6 pontiac fullsize over here........... regards stig working as a volvo heavy truck mecanic for a living looking for more cars and parts..trying to restore a 66 2+2 and a 66 bonnie wagon at the moment

Welcome Stig! Another guy, Mattias, from Sweden joined this website this week.
yep it will be a add on 8 lugs on the conv also this winter + I have a spare set to one of the wagons.. did gm canada ever use 8 lugs...or did all of those have the 4,75x5?? by the way..the parisienne sport conv did have vin no 676467004755 could anyone find out what it was??

67 Poncho.......the town was saskatoon or something similar 2500 canadian was the price..it was a girl owning it at the time
it ended up in nothing because I didnt manage to arrange a trp to usa...

Welcome to the site Stig! Those are a couple of nice Ponchos. Very much like my Grandfather sold NEW back in the day.
As far as working on Volvo trucks........we indeed have them here too. So I get to work on the older ones once in a while. They would all have 60 series Detroit Diesels from 10 years ago. I do enjoy road testing them as the ride is the best there is. Sadly, the ones we do see are in really rough shape, so it usually takes longer to repair as they come in for one or two simple things and it usually ends up being six other problems too. .
Anyhow, work needs to be left at work. This is where I relax and learn. So enjoy the site, and again welcome from Canada.

hmm that I dont know at the moment..what I replaced was a 454 from april 1970..at least according to the numbers...what went in was a 305 from 1978 il see if I can get a photo of the budy plate..that will tell or ??? regards stig
