I figured "mooge" would be the best bet for closest to original, just don't know where to get them here. I know NAPA and AutoValue have their own brand. I bought a set of NAPA for the rear and they are very stiff, but ok for adding trunk weight.
Great chart! Number 3953915 Moog #6322 I assume 66 would work for 65 too.....

I went with a set of Moog 6194's on my SB 67 Grande. Got about .5" extra ride hight (the stock springs were sagging anyway). Stiffer, but not too much so. By the numbers, they're a match for the 67 F40 CQ code SB spring. I'd say they'd probably work well in any SB 65-70 Cp. Got them through Carquest.

Some thoughts..
From the GM Canada Master Parts Catalogue, the 1965 chart tells me that the same CF code (3864719) spring I had stock in my 67, would be the same spring in the Standard Parisienne 764(-67) series car with 327. Now if you go over to 1966 in the book, the Custom Sport 766(-67) with 327 gets a 3864720 spring when F40 HD suspension is ordered, as long as C60 (air) is not specified.
My take is your Custom Sport is just a little heavier than the Standard 1965/66 convertible, and the 66 F40 Custom sport got the spring I'm using now. It works well in my car and it's as good as the specified HD spring for yours.
Stay with the 3864719, Moog 6194. Don't risk the 6322.

No listing for CG code 3862967 in1965. In 66 it shows up as a standard spring to be used in -57/-69 cars (2Dr HT/4Dr Sedan) with 396 engine , Note "A" - no Air (C60) (air), Taxi (B02,3), Police (Z04) or HD Suspension (F40/1).
Although the specs look pretty smallblock, the 2200 lb load and the 396 would keep me away from it. Probably a nose high situation with that one.

I finally had a few minutes to go through my files. When I put the 454 in the 70 2+2 convertible, it really dropped the nose.
I bought a used set of springs out of a 70 Laurentian in Pick-n-pull, but also bought a set of Moog 6322 springs from Auto Value that I had installed.
So, Moog 6322 springs will be too stiff for your small-block.
Also, I made the tools shown in the shop manual to do the change (metal bar and triangular block of wood), but I decided not to risk it. I had my springs changed (and upper contol arm bushings) at Standens here in Calgary.

He looked up Moog springs for my Ventura II
worked great, rode smooth
