Yeah you're right Kevin. Street sweepers have been going for a couple of weeks and my wife has already been golfing so those are the signs for me. Driving the old car every day for the last couple of weeks. Love these longer days.

Weather is becoming very nice but I am waiting for a couple of heavy rains to wash the high use of liquid salt away before going for a ride. Torq Thrusts don't like salt!

There are things I miss about Saskatchewan. The weather ain't one of them. That's not too bad really. I remember times when in the middle of the day, looking down, I couldn't see my feet. My knees disappeared into a a mass of white moving sideways at 50 mph. Mind you, we has some strange weather here (Shuswap, BC) yesterday too, just not as severe.
Just wait until July Kevin!
PEI had an unusually warm June last year. I hope it's not repeated. That's the month I like to do my outdoor projects.

Enjoy it because I'll be hopefully sending you some crap weather next week. 6 and drizzly here a lot of today which is great actually. We have severe drought already, way too early. I'm worried about fires.

I've been hoping to get to our cabin one of these days but the weather there has not been great. I checked the forecast for the next few days and as much as I like detailed forecasting I think they've gone a bit overboard. Check the forecast for the wind....
Winter Weather Travel Advisory in effect for tonight and Wednesday morning.
Hazards: Snowfall amounts of 10 to 15 cm. Rapidly accumulating snow. Reduced visibility in falling snow.
Timing: Overnight through Wednesday morning.
Discussion: Snow will move into the area late this evening. Snowfall amounts of 10 to 15 cm are possible by Wednesday afternoon, with the greatest snowfall amounts expected in the Niagara region. Along the lakeshore, snow accumulations will be less than areas further inland.
The heaviest snow is expected to fall in the overnight and early Wednesday morning, which may significantly impact the Wednesday morning commute. Consider postponing non essential travel until conditions improve.
This Winter Weather Travel Advisory is due to a low pressure system that is forecast to track south of the region tonight and Wednesday. Due to the uncertain track of the weather system and the warm ground temperatures, total snowfall amounts expected could change. Please continue to monitor the forecasts for future updates.
Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada. To report severe weather, send an email to ONstorm@canada.ca or tweet reports using #ONStorm.

Usually refrain from weather posts, but It's even snowing in the Big City tonight. Today I headed downtown at 125 kph on the empty Don Valley Parkway, tomorrow I'll just follow orders and Stay Home.
