I thought you were joking, but here it is from Environment Canada:
3:48 PM EST Monday 08 November 2021 Special weather statement in effect for:
Kenora - Grassy Narrows - Whitedog
Significant snowfall expected Wednesday evening through Friday.
A developing low pressure system is expected to bring heavy snow to parts of Northwestern and Far Northwestern Ontario. Snow is expected to begin Wednesday night and continue through Friday before tapering to lighter snow or flurries on Saturday.
The snow will be accompanied by strong winds at times which could result in reduced visibilities due to blowing snow especially on Thursday and possibly Friday.
There is still considerable uncertainty regarding the track of this storm. As a result, snowfall accumulations could be quite variable, however some regions could see between 20 and 40 cm of snow by Friday evening.
Winter storm watches or snowfall warnings may be issued as the event draws nearer.
Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada. To report severe weather, send an email to ONstorm@ec.gc.ca or tweet reports using #ONStorm.

It's been a pretty mild fall on the east coast. We haven't had any significant snowfall on the east/south coast of NS (although there was some squall activity on the Northumberland/Cape Breton northwestern coastal areas), in fact the first sign of road salt I've seen was on the weekend when they brined some of the steeper hills in anticipation of a heavy frost that night. Finally put the summer car away for the winter yesterday - I've been watching the weather for signs of snow/salt to be able to enjoy it as long as possible, and now was the time.
Business as usual for us over the next few days - another silly little fall storm, but still no appreciable snow in the forecast.
Residents of Nova Scotia's Inverness and Victoria counties are being told to avoid road travel until further notice due to heavy rains that have caused flooding in the area.
The provincial emergency management office issued an emergency alert just before 11 p.m. Tuesday.
"Due to the severe weather, travel is no longer safe. A number of roads have washed out or are severely damaged," reads the alert.
"RCMP are aware of the situation. Avoid travelling roadways in Inverness and Victoria Counties."
Earlier in the evening, Victoria County declared a state of emergency and asked residents to shelter in place until further notice.
The county made the announcement in a Facebook post posted after 9 p.m.
"Provincial Department of Public Works is currently assessing roads and bridges for safety. Crews are working hard, so please stay home, and let them do their job," the post read.
The emergency alerts comes as heavy rains continue to pour in the area. Parts of the county received 174 millimetres of rain on Tuesday as of 6 p.m.
Residents of Antigonish, N.S., are being warned to stay home after heavy rains have caused flooding and washed out roads.
Main Street is flooded and closed between Court and St. Andrew's streets. Chisholm Park and Columbus Field are also closed due to rising water, as well as the Creighton Lane parking lot.
The closures remained in effect Tuesday night. Town spokesperson Kate Gorman said around 8 p.m. that while water levels had receded, they were expected to increase later because of the incoming tide.
"You'll see the water level rise, hopefully not to the extent that it did, but we're keeping those barricades in place just as a safety precaution," she said Tuesday night.

Crazy for sure. I went down to the inland waters building today on Hamilton Harbor...the waves in the bay were wicked. My windshield got wet from the baywater being kicked up as I passed back north by Joe Brant! We had a huge branch come out of our old maple today, and land in the neibours driveway narrowly missing the their Jeep. My wife had just told them 2 hours before that they might want to think about moving their cars back in the drive (which they ignored). Lucky for sure. But the tree for sure sadly will have to go.

-22C in Summerland this morning, and a wind. I took a week off and figured I'd get some vehicle maintenance done, but I'm working in a carport, and it's supposed to be like this all week!
Hit 20 today and sunny. Carl I hope you dont have plans for the cabin. They are calling for 40 cm of snow in Kenora
