Well, another lovely morning in the neighborhood! With any luck this is mother natures last kick at the cold can this year. I hope she is barefoot and the can is full of concrete anchored to the floor with rebar when she winds up at full steam for the punt! Bi*ch! Lol
13c now, -2 in the morning, and getting 50+mm, 36 so far.

Warmer day yesterday, it got up to 1° but tonight and tomorrow we may see another snow addition. These are a few pictures from today when I cleared the back lot. Could be awhile yet!
Thanks..not! I hear it could be a bit nasty Tuesday. Of course that's the day I'm on the road for work.

Environment Canada sure dropped the ball on yesterdays forecast. They said "5-10cm" of snow. An amateur meteorologist I follow on Facebook predicted much more and he was right. We had easily a foot. I took this photo when I got home from work (which was an adventure as well thanks to the lack of plowed roads). It snowed until Midnight last night. Last friday it was 14 and I saw our first mosquitoes. The snow was all gone...

It looks like it could be flood time again for the Red River Valley. It's been 11 years so we were overdue.

Just got back from a round trip Through the snow belt.
It's amazing how fast the snow squalls come and go as you are on the highway.
Old man winter is having a last laugh !

After this last snow and blow the boy can now sit on the roof of the machine shed. Those are 16ft walls. It can stop anytime now.
Wow. Looks deep and cold!! Guess I won't be complaining......
Yep, the melt is on!
I'm off the hook !
No raking today
No poop scooping for me
Don't worry Todd, we will send you some snow for Tuesday
