Yes, I'm thinking they got nailed out there. I'll wait to hear from our neighbour out there. They live about 50 miles east of there in Dryden.

From what I know, I29 in North Dakota is decent but there were some spots today still that weren't great. I would think by tomorrow afternoon when you get to that point it will have improved. Once you cross at Emerson you're going to run into a bit of crappy driving though. Currently everything running west of the Red River in southern Manitoba is closed.
When you come through Morris would you have time for a quick Tim's break? It's right on the highway as you come into Morris and it takes me about a minute to drive from to Tim's from our house!

Well you know, when you get here you're only 35 minutes from the motel at the edge of the city. If it's going well at that point, there's free coffee in it for you!
I'll PM you my cell number so you can call or text when you're coming through. There's a truck stop across the highway from Tim's in case you need fuel. Some other places in town as well. Couple of motels here too as well and your trailer would be more secure overnight in our driveway than in a motel 35 minutes north of here in the city! We live on a very quiet dead end street.

Winter is not done in Ontario.
The fast moving storm did not take long to mess up the roads.
According to the news, no one was seriously injured in this crash, near here.
We are getting rain now but they say after it rains all weekend then it's going to turn to that stuff on Sunday night. I don't ever recall such a brutal winter in 60+ years.

I suspect this month we will break a bunch of weather records the way it's going, and none of those will be good records! Everyone is just plain sick of it, and really not much relief in sight.

Looks like the Dakotas, Montana and Wyoming are getting a snow dump now. We've been raining for 2 days and now the snow is supposed to move in tomorrow.

Had I know we would be having monsoon rains like is happening at this moment (for about the 20th time today) I sure would have been tempted.

If this weather doesnt change it would be as believable as the Leafs making it through the first round
Humidex 32 for Saturday, temp 28, 24 temp tomorrow. Its a good forecast.. well see.
The Leafs are leading the series 3-2. Toronto fans still have hope and they are in the playoffs- its a strange feeling having hope this season this far into the playoffs?
Im a Montreal fan- they won this year for the first time since 1980- at least first pick in the draft is something worth winning if they dont screw it up like they have with most draft picks since probably 1980.
18 hours later, not very dramatic, nothing like predicted. It's not over yet but certainly it won't be what they had scared us with.
If you check the weather radar,

I am rooting for the Leafs in these playoffs BTW.
Let me be the first to complain
