Would be only too lucky to have temperatures like that. Having winters such as that would be a welcomed relief as well. Lol. But on the plus side, looks like I will get more than 1000 miles on my sled as it looks like I may be able to ride it into April. 9250mi and counting.

Vince, you've just reminded me I can never live on the prairies. I do like a degree of snow and winter weather, but by this time of year I'm chomping at the bit to move into spring, which we fortunately are on the east coast. Actually we've had a relatively easy winter - Jan/Feb were almost more like late fall/early spring, March has been more wintery, but now we are at the point that any snow we get isn't going to last, but we will endure a couple of months of cool, wet weather.
+6 and rain in Halifax today. We dodged a 'noreaster' bullet yesterday and last night whereby we got a couple cms of wet snow, but it transitioned to rain early, and is all but gone now. Winds weren't as bad as predicted either. A few more cms predicted tonight as the back end of the storm moves through.

It does get long in the tooth, for sure. Not sure what's going on this year, though. And its something you just get use to and accept. It's a trade off for being able to leave a car outside without fear of it dissolving into the ground... haha.

It has been raining in Owen Sound since 1 a.m. sometimes very heavy. My driveway out near the highway is like a lake, ducks and geese are circling, sump pump has been on several times. Thinking about building an ARK!

For our area, we are dominated with the predictions of two different ground hogs.
This year they were both correct.
We had an early spring in February.
Now, we get 6 more weeks of winter
I hope this means we are coming out of winter

I do believe I see some cruising weather
Well, looking out our sunroom window this morning I'm not so sure we will be cruising here this weekend. And we're still storming.
I'll believe it on Monday when it happens.
Heavy rain should of washed the roads clean. As long as they dont put salt down all be cruising
