A few pics from the Spring Thaw car show today in Calgary. ENJOY!! I was talking to the guy with the 58 pathfinder and it was the one I owned years ago(it was blue and white when I had it) He re-did the whole thing as it was pretty rusty, NICE job though
Heres a couple pics of the 61 on my buddys, uncle's farm in Sask. He said I could probably get it for $500, then I'd have to trailer it to Calgary... Pics were taken last year. I'd love to grab it, but have no storage for another vehicle...
I'll try to get a hold of him this week and see what he says. His uncle actually has a bunch of old cars and trucks, from the pics he brought me. But as for Pontiacs, theres a 61 4door and a 64 wagon, but I was only interested in the bubbletop.(even thought of sellin the wagon to make room for it and spend the cash on the bubble.) The Pontiac bubbletop is so much nicer than the chev, but I would like to have either...
What engine does the 70 2 + 2 have? Also, I notice that some of the cars are sporting front plates, but I thought those were not necessary in Alberta? Seems all the snow you just got has melted pretty fast!

If you order personalised plates in Alberta, you get 2.

thanks for sharing. love the looks of the hideaway '67s.
The 2+2 has a 350. Most of the plates are old alberta plates of whatever the year the car is. They're actually thinking about making everyone have 2 plates again. It got up to about 22 today, but rain or snow for wed...so they say.

Can't beat a bubble top but that 70 2+2 is very nice as well.
