I am sure the box will but with uncertainity of the pitman arm! ( I don't have my book in front of me.) The booster will be different but '67-'70 full size Pontiac and Chevy will be all the same.
I added the dual master cylinder in lieu of the single one on my '66 Chief along with the matching brake booster. The single didn't cut it for me!!

I was pretty sure that 67Poncho has it 100% but wanted to check.
The pitman is unique for each of these pairs 65-66 67-68 69-70
That is how I remembered it too when I put 68 4 piston disc brakes on my 66 Grande Parisienne. I used the entire steering linkage from the 68 along with everything between the ball joints to convert to disc. I also changed over the entire master and booster from the 68 as well.
Unless I'm wrong.............!!! After all this was in 1978 approximately!

steering boxes are basically the same, you must use the correct year pitman arm as carl states, though. and manual and pwr arms will not interchange, the manual box has a smaller diameter shaft. '69-'70 boxes are prefered, they have a slighter better ratio, 3 turns to the '65-'68 box 3.5 turns.
