Don't have a camera today and the phone will not do this justice, stand by for photos.
My friend Joe at JB Racing just picked up a what he thinks is a 1927 Pontiac, it is supper solid, only issue is interior has been lived in...very smelly.
I lifted the cowl and had a looked at the data tag....yes sir, MADE IN CANADA - Oshawa, was Joe very happy, he never even noticed that.
I'll get photo's of the tag and car ASAP. It's a project but it's all there, tires even holding air!!

I recall bidding on a 27 pontiac convertible at the RM auction five years ago or so, I see it advertised again now restored at a GM dealer via kijiji once in a while

is it possible its a 28 Ray? the rad and fenders looke like this?
8230 Sport sedan
Series 6-28 featured all new Fisher bodies featuring a taller and narrower radiator shell, deeply crowned fenders and a style-line ran the full length of the body. The radiator cap depicted an Indian brave instead of the previous Indian chief. The models included a 2 door; 2 passenger coupe, model number 8250; a 2 door Sport coupe with rumble seat to accommodate 4 passengers, model number 8260. The familiar 2 door, 5 passenger sedan, listed as model 8240. This continued to be the most popular Pontiac model, sharing the same body style as the original Pontiac of 1926. There were also two 4 doors models, the 8820 standard sedan, formerly known as the Landau sedan; and the 8230 Sport sedan, which replaced the Deluxe Landau Sedan of the previous 6-27 Series.

It is the 1928 model based on those photos and style chart, model 8230. I will let Joe know on Monday. I was commenting whe I saw it that it looked like a limousine with that roof line plus it has foot rests in the back seat and a hand rail on the back of the front seat. Still the oldest though

It's free...Found it in the same old yard with about 12 other treasures...2 1930 Essex 2 door coaches, a 29 Essex 4 door, 2 28 Essex 4 doors, 1930 dodge 4 door, 2 1927 Chevy sedans, 48 Merc truck, 60 Chevy Biscayne, 1927 0r so Tall T, and a 1937 Plymouth 2 door sedan...All for the taking...Got one of the 30 Essex's so far...way nicer shape than the Pontiac...

Working on it myself...need alot of room though...Out of everything there, that Pontiac unfortunately is in the worst shape.
