Hey guys , i went to visit Norm @ Mid-canada today to get some front end parts ( tie rod , ends and idler bracket ) because suspected them to be bent because the castle nut on the right side tie rod was wearing a groove into the oil pan. I quickly found out that my brackets are fine and my front axle is bent and i need a new one or i need someone who can straighten the one i have. If anyone can help please email me back , thanks gents!

According to my research, they do not have a front axle Is a spindle bent?
Suspension, front: upper and lower A-arms, coil springs

yes it does have coil springs but maybe I'm thinking front crossmember then? it's pushed up and back and has bent the left front tie rod and the nut that secures the front steering components to the axle is pushed up into the oil pan.

Fitz would be the one who could tell you if your crossmember can be repaired. If it can't, I know a guy who has about four kicking around.

Hey Welldunn, I sent you a PM message about your steeraxle few days ago, maybe you did not receive it.
Just for information, the Pontiac Canadian (53-54) use the Chevrolet frame with some little modification, the front axle is the same thing, Chevrolet one with some modification.
You can't use a Chevrolet front axle assembly on a Pontiac as a bolt in without transformation. The differences are: the front engine support, and the most important is the lower A arm, because the torsion bar position hole.
