i know ive had a post like this up before but i really need to start planing how im gonna do this ive ran the way i was gonna do it over and over in my head but looking back it won't work if anyone has taken a body off and wants to share there advice and or method. that would be great Thanks

What I did with my Lemans....
I got some aluminum planks from a buddy of mine who wrecks cattle trailers (2x12 would probably about the equivilant), I unbolted the body...actually cut the bolts off as they were junk, then I got the jack under the rocker on one side(mine were solid) lifted it so you could see it gave clearance under the frame. Blocked it with some 2 x 4 scraps...proceeded to the other side did the same. I got it high enough so I could get the planks between the frame and body then I got the jack under the car and jacked up in the center of the plank, thus lifting one end at a time. Once I had it high enough I put jackstands under the ends of the planks as high as they would go(they stuck out the sides of the body about a foot) and blocked up the stands for more height(i think I had 4x4 scraps under the stands) Now i rolled the frame out the back....to do this I had to flatten the front tires to clear the underbody. Once I had the frame out I put a saw horse under the back of the car (as it seemed a little heavy in the rear) and shimmed it up to the trunk floor. It sat like that for about 2 years with no braces, although I didn't open the doors until I had the rear floor installed.

yes its a tedious chore helps to remove the wheels and roll on a floor jack or 2

Pretty much identical to the way I've done it. Tedious as stated but it works.

Work with what ya got was my thought........I will admit it wasn't as pretty as a rotisserie, but it worked.

yes it does but i think i only have 7 of the 14 i checked a few places and the bolts are not even in the hole i wonder who would drive it like that?
