Just wanted to introduce myself. We live in California and our project car is a '39 Model 2819 Deluxe 8 Touring Sedan built in the U.S. Our 15 year old daughter is involved in helping piece the car back together and has been helping me on old projects since she was about 8 years old. Since she started helping me we've put together a '69 Jeepster Commando 4X4, a '48 Dodge D-24 Sedan, customized a 70 Chevy 3/4 ton truck into a 1 ton 4X4, put a '72 GMC 3/4T 4X4 back on the road as well. I'll post pics of our vehicles somewhere on the site as soon as I fugure out where we can put them.
Anyway, glad to be here and will have a few parts, Grill pieces and complete Gauge panel assy from our '39 for sale.....will also be looking for some parts. Feel free to contact us if you have a '39 with any parts for sale.
And thanks to Todd for helping us get registered here!

I love hearing about teenagers interested in old cars as opposed to video games! Any pics?

A big welcome from northern Alberta. It's great when we can share a common interest with our kids, especially when it involves cars ,cruising and the sweet sound of blown 572cid ( wishful thinking ). What parts do you need for your 39 ?
