Thats an understatement - 60's stuff thats from your side of the world is "iconic" - when I was a kid, the guy across the road had a Parisienne, and since then I'd always wanted something similar............mine was pretty well worn out when I purchased her - dents and rust in most panels - motor, driveline, suspension, interior and paint very tired - but knew what I was getting - was honest..............I'll post some pics in the future that'll give you an idea of the shape she was in..........

The discs - theres a story - a company here (Hopper Stoppers) manufacture bolt on disc brake conversions (sourced from Australian manufactured vehicles) to fit a wide range of imported and local cars - these are actually a conversion from a locally manufactured Holden Commodore VX...............

New guy to the site (although Ive been visiting for about 3 months now). Currently restoring a Canadian, Australian assembled (at General Motors Holden Plant in Adelaide), 1968 Pontiac Parisienne - see pics below..........
