hi folks this is a great site, there is so much info to soak up. i have a 66 acadian that i've had since 99, did a bunch of work to it it ran 12.7 @106 with a mild 350/350 combo and 3.08 gears.i'm thinking of selling the acadian to purchase a 66 strato cheif wagon but i'm a little leary of buying it due to parts availability, it was hit in the left rear and the quarter panel around the tail light is damaged and i can't seem to find any parts wagons around. i'm not to sure what to ask for the acadian either i've been out of the car loop for a while since my kids where born and i'm trying to get back into it and included the family at the same time by getting a family cruiser. any info would be a great help. thanks chris

Welcome aboard from Regina SK. The wagon is pretty red, looks like am old Fire Department unit. No holes in the roof for the lights? Would look kinda neet done up in Fire Dept livery.
Just have fun with it.

My '66... Needs a rear bumper..... Lucked out on this one. It is a 9 seater.... Mine has issues aruund the tail lamp area as well plus it has been fixed before!
I know of one more '66 and an American one I have not seen yet! The Canadian '66 is driveable....

Hey Chris, Welcome from a fellow Stony Mountain'r. You'll have to stop by some evening. Just look for the garage with the back end of a 65 Impala over the door.
