Welcome, My family and I fell in love with the Beaumont approximately four years ago at the CanAm show in Buffalo. Since we decided we Must find one.
So we sold one of our Chevelle's to fund a Beaumont. The search was for a wagon, but no such luck. We found a 68 custom from Ontario last fall . A 14 hr trip each way, which has been well worth it. We then found the blue 69 convertible in Montreal , and again drove north for our second Beaumont, We're hooked now. It needs a Major resto. We are in search of a tail panel if ya'll know of one. I'll do my best to keep in touch with pics as we tear into it, Ed & Family

Welcome Ed, we're glad to have you here on Canadian Poncho. I think I am safe in saying for a lot of us, it's fun when our neighbours to the south recognize our unique Canadian Pontiacs as being special.

Ed and family, a hardy welcome aboard from Milton, Ontario. It is nice to see that our American neighbours appreciate our Canadian models. Ed, ask away any and all questions you may have on your Beaumont's. There will always be solid answers. Good luck with the resto's and enjoy the journey here on C.P. Cheers. George

Welcome from Winnipeg. I have a 69 also. Looking forward to seeing some pics. The chevelle tail panel will fit but you will have to cut out the holes for the reverse lights.

Ian, I parked a chevelle next to the beau, The tail panel is shorter , and shaped different were it meets the tail extensions.Look at the small flare on the Beau corners, very obvious if you look close. It could be modified, but rather not. Thanks for any input. Ed

Thanks for that Ed I will have to bank that with the rest of the quirky items on the Beaumont. The header panel is also one of those items that is a bit different . As well as the front fenders. Chevelle front fenders need to be modified for the grill corners To fit.

Greetings from Michigan! Growing up next to the border in the St Clair River area, would see cars that where slightly different, quirky (for the States) an cool. So many Chevelles not so many Beaumonts. Best of luck on the resto. Best info and people on this site.

Do you happen to like red cars by chance??!!
Nice looking group.
Actually, I didn't order them that way Carl, lol. And we have one more red one. I'm glad the latest is not red, :). Going tonight to Ottawa to get a parts car for it.
Hello All, Sorry it's been years since I've been on here. I since completed the resto on our 69 Vert. Joined the sadly gone Beau club, and with all events canceled last year have'nt been able to enjoy the restored Beaumont. I'll start with a couple beginning pics

Whereabouts are you, Ed? There are a few down here, but they raise eyebrows at shows and cruise nights. "What in the Sam Hill is a Bewmint?"
