How hard are the manual consoles for these cars to come by? Been keeping an eye on E-bay but haven't seen anything pop up.

Very difficult to find a nice one and get ready for sticker shock!
Typically pushing $1000 US for a decent one, I've seen really nice ones go for over $1200 US.
You know 67 is identical?
And Caprice/Grande Parisienne are identical except for the woodgrain top instead of the brushed aluminum.

Yea, I didn't think it would be cheap, being honest I'm probably just going to run a boot on the floor until I can find a decent unit. Sadly, coming from mostly diesel performance before I am used to high sticker prices; last torque converter I bought was 1700$ alone for my Dodge . I am probably going to make up a set of woodgrain inserts as it is, so brushed would be fine for now. Current dash was cut up for a radio and the replacement I got was out of a Laurentian so it's painted black and needs a woodgrain anyways.

From what I have seen the Grande Parisienne dash is just a Parisienne dash with woodgrain inserts.
You can buy lots of boots for the price of a console!
$1700 for a converter, ouch.

Yep.. billet triple disc TC.. not cheap. Still would be nice to have the entire console so I am keeping open eyes to anything anyone has.
