Hello everyone, it's been quite awhile since I have been here, so I figured I should re-introduce myself. I'm still in Newfoundland and still like Pontiacs but still don't have one, my two cars now are a 61 Chev Sport Sedan and a 76 Buick Skylark S/R , not Pontiacs but at least they are GM,lol. I always used to enjoy this forum and I don't know why I strayed away but now I'm back with the flock and begging your forgiveness.LOL.
Thanks Carl, good to be back, I have been lurking for the past week or so.

It had a repaint about 15 yrs ago.The Buick Skylark S/R is an all original former Texas car, now has 39,000 miles, original paint, 231 v6, auto., cruise, bucket seats, ac, 8 track radio. I even have the 8 track tape that given to the original owner by Buick.

You will be forgiven because you know the error in your ways. I have always loved the 61 Chev Impala, such a beautiful looking car. Tell us more about your 61. Cheers.

The 61 is an original car that had a repaint about 15 years ago, four door hdtp, 235 6 cyl, powerglide, std steering and brakes. The previous owner to me had it parked in his garage for about 15 years or so with very little use. I had known about it and decided to check on it and the owner was having health issues and was glad I came along to take over the care of it for awhile. It was built in Mass. USA, so I'm thinking it spent most of it's life somewhere in New England area, the previous owner bought it in New Brunswick.
