Hoping someone might have or know of one of these collecting dust in a pile somewhere.
I would happily come grab it off you and give you some $$, beer, whatever I can to find one.
I have a very old camper-now utility trailer that I want to keep going and is in good shape for it's age
that happens to be missing one old "donut"magnet off it's Warner electric brakes.
They are from the 60s/70s and most people just threw them away and replaced everything with new brakes
but my axles/hubs/drums are decent shape and for sake of finding this oddball magnet
I can save myself having to replace it all. If you have one or think you know someone that might
fire me a note to help my hunt. Call it good Karma or something for making someones headache go away.
I know I can buy all new brakes and axles but much like my old vintage bikes
I would rather keep the good old stuff rolling than just throw it away and buy new stuff.
I have more determination and time in my garage than money these days so buying one of these old relics is my only option. cheers.
Its off a 10inch brake. The magnet is 6.5 inch wide and 7/8 thick.
See pics. Dont care if it is rusty or ugly just the right one with two wires on it
and I will be happy camper.
