As far as I've seen all models got the little V8 block.

It wouldn't apply to 1965 but its is interesting that the only cars in the line for 1966 and 1967 that would never have the V8 block were the Grande Parisiennes as the V8 was standard in those so I guess the thinking was that there was no need to brag about it.

Thanks Guys. Like said, looks like the lesser car did get the emblem is 65, I'm assuming the blue 4 door is a Strato; no emblems behind the front WW.
Now comes the question; Does anyone have a good pair they'd part with?
If it helps at all Mark, 5737239 fits 65 Pontiac, 65-66 Acadian, 65-66 Beaumont.
Oh, I forgot to check what 64 Pontiac uses. Maybe someone here knows if it's the same as 65?

63 and 64 are the same except for colour. 63 has a red background while 64 has a gold background. I think the 65 V8 emblems are reproduced. Check with the Beaumont guys.

There had to have been a crap ton of 65 Cdn Pontiacs that had the V8. So You would think it would be fairly easy to come by a pair.
I was under the hood looking at how they might mount, no obvious access from that side, so it looks like a headlight bucket might have to come out for your hand to reach in to access.
Wondering if the Laurentian and Strato ever got one if so equipped?

Got some 66's but no 65's. Sorry.
This one looks very original-

There's lots of 65 pictures online of non-Parisienne models with the emblem, it must have been on there right off the assembly line.
We'll call it solved.
The reason I questioned it, was the 65 brochure shows no down level cars with it.

Mark, are you going to pull the trigger on this one I found?
If not I'll get it on spec, seems like these things are like bitcoin.
Thanks to this pandemic my garage is a little more organized and these were where they should be. No pins but useable.
... and like Bill stated above, '64 are the same, except for a gold background instead of '63's red background.
