Wow!!
What a great looking truck!
I sure wish mine looked that nice - too bad my grandfather took too good care of it, because it is a vehicle that would have absolutely qualified for GM's free re-paint recall. Not that I'm interested in selling, but mine is a 1992 with 172,000km

I never heard back from 87 guys so tell me more. I actually was looking for a low mileage basic long box regular cab 4x4 when I found this one which isn't quite that spec. Maybe we can swap!

That's a nice truck, 66 Grande guy. May I ask, what specific wheels are those? They look similar to the HD wheels I have on my ride.

As far as I know they are the stock gm wheels you got when you ordered a 95 chevy 4x4 that wasn't the base wheel. Not sure though as I have not had the truck since it was new.

Those are correct wheels, the earlier trucks used a large centre cap that covered the lugs, and had simulated black lug nuts on it, while the latter caps were plain.
This past winter I actually bought a second set of wheels in the same style as mine, but with the latter caps - purely for the tires!!
Short box regular cab trucks are quite desirable, so if you really want to swap with someone who has a regular cab, regular box, I am sure you could find a line of guys willing.

True enough. I also have a 1990 4x4 with those aluminum wheels. The earlier ones had "4x4" carved into them. That was a nice touch.
Trying this again, looking for a regular cab short box 4x4. no fords please. Or 2 door Yukon/Tahoe, k5blazer, etc.....
no rotters please. Spend up 12k of in nice shape. Anyone? Anyone?

Yes they are, my 97 has the same.
