besides the usual cleaning I drill out a few choice ports and plug a few, basically I modify everything from squirters to the choke. I keep a book of all the Q jets that I have done for my self and others as a reference to know which way to go. problem is that the main jets are a real bear to get a hold of new. that car now runs all day without a any of the usual grief people complain about. 35 on the highway without overdrive

since im doing some fire courses and have to drive at night I replaced the yellow headlights with new leds, its a love em or hate em thing , but I pull enough deer from peoples laps to know better
Relays do make a difference and LED in all four is beyond excellent.
As I get older I can appreciated the LED at night giving me better pattern on the shoulder of the road.
My Impala is 4 full relays and 4 LED

usually I do relays with halogens, but the led,s don't really need them, this car has a little over 33 k on it and I don't wanna really splice into anywhere, that one light is yellow because its still a halogen, couldn't get four because of the shortage. the low beams have low and high just like the originals, you have to watch their are different designs.

when I picked up the 81 Pontiac it quite frankly ran like crap, so I pulled out my book and did a little drilling, ive had to modify every q jet I own
