The 62-72 book is in a binder because the first dozen or so pages are loose, the holes are torn out as shown. It appears that all the pages are there though.
These catalogues are a great resource whether you are looking for parts interchange between models/years, checking part numbers on NOS parts to see if they are correct for your car or for seeing how certainly components are attached or assembled. If you don't have a parts catalogue for your car, you should have!
I would like to get $55 for the catalogue plus actual costs to mail. I recently bought one from our member Howmac that covers 58-66 which is perfect for me with my 66, so I would like to move this one along. I thought his price of $55 for his was fair and that is how I came up with the price for it.

Can be fixed easily with "paper cheerios" as we called them in school or just photocopy the damaged pages and re-punch/insert them.
