When radios were fine furniture. This fellow (a Canadian) restores this one to better than new condition and even corrects a couple of factory errors. He's a true master.
It's a long video (over 3 hours) which I watched over the last three evenings. I'm keen to learn more about radios and how to repair them. Like I need another hobby...

I've got a floor model ?? radio from back in 30's or early 40's with Short wave band & AM It did work a few years ago but is the old 25 cycle set up and started to get a "tad" warm!!! Think my Dad bought it it for my Grandfather back then, so they could hear news and listen to ball games etc.
