Any snowbirds available to help ship a rear valance to Florida

I have a rear 1969 valance that I want to send our member in Florida.
Shipping from Canada is just silly because of the length.
Looking to see if any Ontario people are heading this way and could throw it in their vehicle for the trip ?
Thanks !
Randy

If we had (or might have) the Explorer it would be no problem strapping it to a roof rail in Feb.
You'd not even see it up there.

I would be that Florida member and would definitely add some USDs to your vacation fund! Randy has been gracious enough to allow me to buy this from him, so any help getting it to Florida would be much appreciated!

Gotta love it when a delivery option, that you were not planning on, shows up at your work place! Thanks Randy!

This is the NOS valence that was for sale for years in Barrie, Ontario.
Shipped out to Howard in Manitoba.
Shipped to me with the 2+2.
Blasted and primed by the bodyshop.
Now off to Florida to be installed on a worthy car.

VALANCE PANEL UPDATE
Thanks to Randy and connections he has through his dispatch job...the valance arrived in the sunshine state! Delivery duo, John & Vicki, slide the valance under a seat in there Winnebago and we made plans for me to pick it up in the stealth of night at 9 p.m. on Thursday. I met John at the RV park gate and we made the deal...some vacation cash for the valance. John is a super nice guy! As far as Randy goes...I can't thank you enough for this excellent part and the time and effort it took to make this all happen! On top of all that, Randy would not allow me to pay him the $250 asking price, instead he said donate it to the site!! So, I will be making the donation and adding another $50 to it. Again, thank you Randy and make sure when you see John & Vicki again, to give them another big "THANKS" from me!

Hmmm...
This coming weekend, I am available to run the valence up to you.
I could also meet you somewhere on November 8th.
Thanks !
Randy
So, I work in the logistics world of travel.
It's embarrassing that it took this long to get this done.
The valance will be loaded on to a Winnebago tonight enroute to Florida.
Hopefully someone will be there to get it
Thanks,
Randy

Jerel taught me a lesson a few years back,
"A part like that deserves to be on a car, on the road"
That beautiful nosecone Jerel sent me is proudly on the car that Mark owns.
And the nosecone that Mark sent John is on the car I now own.
That's why we are here,
Let's keep this site going for a little while more.
