got a 64 chevelle and 67 chevelle assembly manuals, but they will be slightly different. i will check my 65 beaumont shop manual on the chance thre is something in there. i know it will have a full car wiring diagram for sure. give me til later today.

Sure, that would be great. I'm pretty sure the 65 shop manual has it.
I'm working on someone's 65, wanting to add backup lamps. The connector with the two wires is on the switch in the console but there's no power to the switch and if I put power to the wire leading to the back for the lights I don't have anything at the back. I'm trying to avoid removing the seat, lifting the carpet etc but I might just have to do that so I can follow the wires. I'd like to look at the diagram first just to make sure all my assumptions about wire colour etc are correct.

I gave my books away.. but Im pretty sure the chevelle book was the same (I had both manuals and compared notes).. I found this..
Anyone have a manual with this in it that you could scan and post it?
Looking specifically for backup lamp wiring schematic.
