I believe they are the same part, just a little bit of a difference in the forged shape. I've seen both in no particular order.
I guess you'd want two the same if possible.
You'll get faster with more practice.
If you want a third to work on...

I did mine a couple of winters ago. It's not a bad job at all.

It's just the springs. Those pesky springs.

The springs aren't bad when you do it the way manual says. It's kinda backward and seems like it won't work, but does very well. Leave ball joints attached and lower the inner end of the lower control arm. Just need a wedge block and a floor jack. Works slick. Going back in everything just finds it's own place and up it goes no drama, put the lower eccentric back and she's good.

Got some shop time tonight after work.
Pulled the other two shafts out of the cleaning tank and shook my head,
Wire wheeled them and this is what I have.
3 square and one round
Part numbers are only on the square shafts
The 2+2 was hit on one side, sometime in it's life so that may explain the miss match.

I need to clean a set of these up.
But which ones are correct ?
The white 69 has the set with the donuts.
Of course when I took a shot of them, more bad news.
Looks like as soon as I am done building one front end, I will need to do another
