If not mistaken, the 65 Parisienne, Laurentian, Strato Chief, Impala, Bel Air and Biscayne share the same wheels with the 64. Just the center cap is different between the Chev and Pontiac through the 3 model lines.
So 65 and Chevrolet crossing might help you widen your search.

Is the base of the 64 not a different size than the 63 column?
Will the signal light switch of a 64 wheel work for a 63?

Good questions Don. I am not sure about size difference from the '63 to the '64 base.

63 is larger diameter column. 64 is smaller. Must match column dia. to wheel dia.
Hoping to find a '63 steering wheel.
Initially thought we could use a '64 but will not fit our column. Thank you for setting me straight fellas.
Thanks in advance.
