I do agree 100% with OURWAGON.
Chroming can be nasty, but I thought that is why chrome is now so expensive - because they have complied. Nope, this is all part of a new era of "appeasement". I will not elaborate.

Top restorer in Michigan told me there are no shops around anywhere. I brought parts to Ontario to get restored...

My 85 year old neighbour retired from a career at A. G. Simpson where they made bumpers and chromed them on an industrial scale.
