42 Year old Canadian floors

I removed (original) carpet, and was pleased.  I had taken up the rear, when I installed, new parcel shelf, and I sprayed a little red primer at the back.. The car is remarkable, for a car that was in Toronto, for the first 25 years.. see the original plugs and caulking

But Carl, the nagging question is "Did you take a nap and pull off the driveshaft yet?" rofl.gif

Inquiring minds want to know...

carl 2,
here's a couple pics from my 'library' of an original gm '66 biscayne floor hump.
you probably will have to 'contour' the repro hump to fit your floor.

Hi Terry,
I have never found specific Canadian Pontiac trunk floors reproduced. I purchased Impala trunk floor pieces for the work being done on my 67 2+2. The floor is available as 3 separate pieces. In addition there are trunk drop-offs and a number of braces.
We ended up using a complete floor from a 4 door car as the replacement for mine so I have some pieces left over. You could check Classic Industries to see if they would ship to you.

Our local Car Quest handles CROSS CANADA AUTO PARTS..you can check on line ,like I did.   735-76L left hand trunk $133.33  735-76R right hand trunk $133.33  735-75C Centre $133.33  and if you need gas tank braces 735-78 2x $149.26  You can buy the trunk in 3 pieces 735-76K for $324.00   This should be current prices.  I can buy a little less@ trade price..   Carl2

Hi Rick,I have located th trunck floor for full size chev and have noticed that it is flat,I guess I will have roll pieces to go up the sides about 2 or 3 inches, after Uncle bought his new Aussie Ford he used to the Laurentian on the farm to bring the baby lambes back to the barn and also to take a couple hay bails out to the sheep, thats why shes rusty only in the trunk,Regards Terry
