I have two parts I bought thinking they were 63 Acadian fender spears.  It turns out they are not and I need some help identifying them.

The part #'s are 3813427 & 3813428 they are a left and right and it appears they would mount on a fender.  I wonder if they are (Chevelle) beaumont pieces??  Anyone know?

Not much info on that part #.Found this guy selling one though.
