I see in the 2008 Northwest Cruise Calendar that there is a Show & Shine in Beaumont Alberta on June 14th. Have any of you been or are planning on attending?
Any more information on that show. I'll be in the area and would like to attend with you. Been to Beaumont a few times, but never really seen the town. Car show would be an interesting way to spend the time.

The town holds an annual parade and celebration every June. Last year the local car club decided to hold a show and shine so this is the second year. Last year they got about 25 cars.
The parade goes at 11am and runs about an hour. The show and shine starts after that around 12:30 at the Rims and Rovers car wash which is right on the corner of the east road into town (625) and 50 st.

If the weather is good I'll be there. They have a sign welcoming you to the town of Beaumont so the plan is to take photos in front of the sign with my Beaumont.
My sis in law has asked me to drive her in that parade as I live nearby. Not sure if I will do that but I will likely be around town if there are no rain clouds in sight.
