'66 Parisienne 327 ragtop in Peterboro'

Passed this car going the opposite way here in Peterboro' last week and just spotted it listed on the local Kijij site..

 http://peterborough.kijiji.ca/c-cars-vehicles-classic-cars-1966-Pontiac-convertable-W0QQAdIdZ45522804

Seems cheap enough if all is true especially the mileage!?.
I'm a busy single Dad but would be happy to take a closer look at it if someone here thought they needed it and was truly serious..

You mean the "V8" Pontiac emblems like MOST people consider correct for all engines in a 66 B body???biggrin

What are the rules for that V8 emblem? I have seen that on cars with 283's and not on cars with 327's and vice-versa...

Also, is the woodgrain console correct for a Parisienne? I would have figured the woodgrain would only be for the Grande's

I believe ALL V8 cars should have that emblem (sorry Carl....) and nothing else.

And yes, only the Grande Parisienne's have the woodgrain as far as I have ever seen. It's a nice touch in that car.

Once I get it home I'll post some pics.
It's having compressor surgery right now. I did fry the tires a little last weekend though.

All I can say is good luck prying it out of him. Nice solid car, too. Factory air to boot!

Carl, he is just pulling your leg! He's not an inch under 5 and 1/2 feet. He's just jealous because our son was the ripe old age of 12 before he was taller than Gary!
