Can you believe this guy?

There's a certain GTO Judge on Kijiji right now
I sent him this reply:
"Hi. Fantastic looking Judge! I run an online forum for
Canadian built Pontiacs. You are welcome to register (it's free)
and post your car in the cars for sale forum. The website is www.canadianponcho.ca

Cheers
Todd"

Here's his reply back to me:
Thanks but no thanks!!

all the Canadian built Pontiac's
in your club have ''homosexual little chevy
motors''

this GTO has a big block Pontiac
engine!!

we just would not
click!!

That's what I get for trying to help the guy get more exposure. Idiot.

Some guys own an old car and some are "car guys". I think we know where this guy fits in. With an attitude like that good luck selling the car. I saw the same car listed on eBay. You should read the shot he takes at Bush.

I'll take my big block Chevy or small block Chevy for that matter over a Pontiac.

I like them all. I still can't believe how ignorant that comment was. BTW, aren't all Pontiac V8's the same size externally? There wasn't a "big block" or "small block" Pontiac! The site is here to promote Canadian built Pontiacs, regardless of what powers them.

"You are very welcome for the comment that i provided for you,,so here is another comment;
Canadian Pontiac's are the bottom of the heap,,bottom feeders,,,crapolia!!,,,,even lower than Mopars!!
Have a wonderful weekend!!"

Sumthin' just ain't right about that guy!

Thanks Carl and Mrs. Carl! I just read this clowns' responses to his eBay ad as well as his description of the car. Kinda like a Rush Limbaugh. Say something immflammatory to bring attention to his overlooked and unimportant self.

I was wondering why this car wasn't selling.Only that much of a dumb ass couldn't sell a Judge for $25,000 that is worth over $50,000.

The car is so far from original that it's probably not worth much more.
And if he's this vocal on ebay about his opinions, imagine how much fun you'd have at any function he attends.

He says that it comes with the service replacement block that is for a RA 4.I don't know if it is a RA 4 car?SR blocks could be used on any 400.I still think $25,000 is a good deal for a Judge. The tranny and rear end are not a factor ,because you can get both pretty cheap. The only thing is the engine.A RA 3 is a few grand, plus rebuild.A RA 4 is a different story.I seen a intake and heads go for $10,000.
The one great thing about Canadian Judges is that they have WT 1 on every one.

I also wonder why anyone wouldn't repaint a Judge its original colour?

The original colour was Turquoise. The interior is red. I know why.

Hum, I always thought the best part about a Canadian Pontiac was the Chevy cubic inch big block or small block engine !

Probably upset he didn't sell the car a year earlier-can't seem to get it past $20,000-these cars (Judges) climbed fast in price and can fall just as fast.

Funny he thinks that of Canadian Pontiacs, seems the low HP 68 SD in Regina is doing just as well as his so called legendary Judge.

It's somthing I kinda like to keep to myself...

But I believe Chevrolet power to be...the best. Pontiac is a great motor no doubt, perhaps even better than a Chev. The Poncho has  huge "Cache", but when it comes down to the common shade tree budget gearhead (like me) being able to buid a powerplant, Chevrolet is pretty much the only way to go.
And wouldn't you know it, we've even got em factory installed in a Pontiac (body)!

What a jerk!.
Lets all be glad this guy didn't take Todd's offer to join the fun here at Canadian Poncho!.

Aside from this guy owning it, the coolest thing that could happen now may be if documents showed this car was one of the unconfirmed Oshawa built Chevy powered '70 Goats!.

When a Pontiac owner calls his motor a Big Block, I usually turn and walk away.

What about when they call it the American Block, the Blue Block, the Wide Block, the GTO Block or the really rare GM Poly Block?.

I've even had guys tell me the Pontiac, Olds and Buick 455's were the same engine w/ different heads!.

When I was younger it used to bug me more...now I usually just wait to see what other amazing knowledge they might share..

Didn't you guys know "Hey man, blue blocks are the best" That's why Chevy started painting thier engines blue in '77? That one usually comes from the  Jethro Bodine skool of mekaniks.
