I have a extra hood for my 66 2 door, and was going to have, a bubble tear drop scoop installed.. It requires bonding on, and filling the edges. It would replicate the look, of my friends car, in 1967.. I also have a 63 SD steel scoop and it just bolts on.. Easier to finish and maintain...After seeing the post, on the 63 swiss cheese Pontiac, I wondered what you thought... I was thinking it would look cool, at Ont Nostalgia Drag events.. (I am Member) be nice..

p.s. I have both scoops.. the bubble one is worth 75.00 the origonal SD ford one is worth 500
About 5 years ago I walked by one of those Ford scoops at the Barrie flea market. It was only $20.00 but my arms were full and I couldn't pick up another thing. i went back to get it a while later but it was gone.
Go with the tear drop for sentimental reasons. The ford/tbird scoop looks good on 63-4 and older Pontiacs but I think it'd look odd on later ones.
