 Where is the best place relatively close to the GTA to get my front bumper rechromed?

 I know of Cambridge Custom Chrome, but have heard nothing good about it.

 Could anyone relay their experiances, good or bad with rechroming in Ontario?

I had some bumper sections done at I think the name was the The Plating House in Vaughn just north of Toronto. Nice work. I can't rememer the address but I think they advertise in Old Autos.

The Plating House is top notch but be prepared to wait ( its their busy time,so the ad says)and be prepared to pay.

Had good luck with Midway in London as well and price is more reasonable.

Bumpers are easy but if you need pot metal replated then try and find NOS or be sitting down when you read the quote.

Used Cambridge Chrome for front grill center & hood bar (good work but $$$$) then for the rest went to Platingmaster in London (see old auto's)

I had good results with Midway in London, 2 bumpers, they also repaired a piece of white metal for me.
