Carl how about a manual for a 1999 Chev truck,this is the old style truck with 350 Vortec built in Arlington Texas,these are refered to as "Classic" model?

Sorry, GM quit printing parts books on paper in 93. After that we had to go to fiche or electronic parts cataloguing. I think the only thing that may be out there would be a CD and I haven't seen that for your application.
