Me too I love those 66-67 Novas and Acadians. Grumpy Jenkins was always my favorite Pro Stock racer. My heroes were Gary Beck and Ray Petts (Relaible Engine Services) from Edmonton Alberta when in 1973 they won top fuel at the US Nationals in Indianapolis. First below 6 second run at a 5.96 without a major sponser. They won again in 1974 sponsered by Export A. I went to the race in 1973 with 2 friends in my 1955 Pontiac 350 4 speed   4:56 12 bolt diff. We partied for the whole time and burnt a ton of Sunoco 260 with those gears. Young and foolish but what great memories when a Canadian won top fuel.

Thanks for the L79 Nova shots guys. VERY cool to say the least. What an amazing car. I suspect he had a lot to do with GM selling over 5,000 of them.

I love all the shots, especially Linda Vaughn, and Marilyn Munster (Pat Priest) posing on the front of Herman Munsters car.  One of my claims to fame is at a party in May '83 I danced on Eddie Munster (Butch Patrick's) coffee table with a blonde California hottie.  What a night.

What kind of cars are those being loaded vertically?  They kind of look like Vega's.

And how much would all those Daytona Chargers be worth today?
