removing rusted in front brake wheel cylinder


Hello everybody new to this forum. I have a 1967 gp and the front right wheel cylinder is rusted in  to the spindel will not move any body come up with ways to remove it, with out danaging front spindel

I take it you got the 2 bolts out?Lots of penetrating fluid?Did you try adding a little heat to it,and a little persuasion?

they're held in place by the shoe anchor, you mean you can't loosen it?

all fastnesrs removed ,the replacment part shows it is threaded in tried heat from propain torch and pentrating oil's like gunk,wd 40,breakfree,nut kraker .no luck

  So, you have the anchor bolt out, yes?? If so, tap the cylinder with a hammer, it has to go.....If you do not have the anchor bolt out, and it won't budge, a good impact wrench or a snipe on the power/johnson bar will get it.
