B-body Pedals have arrived

6d58_1.jpgI got a set of 65-66 pedals from Gary's Auto Parts in Athens Texas. (off e-bay)   He sent the metal holder for them, and the rod, going through firewall, and swivel, and clip, and the brake switch, and rubber pedal stop Texas stuff, looks 6 months old... I also got a extra z-bar off him for $12.83  It looks brand new, with clutch rod attached..    So our other Chevy B-body Guru got me another clutch fork, and I have another 4 speed being built.. Someone is making Hurst shifter, with Muncie bench seat handles... Just need a 621 bell, (Rick in West, had a used one, with a small hole in it) amd another clutch  I have a flywheel, off Todds 427    here we go again..6765_1.jpgno

The question is, will you be faster at the strip with a 4 speed, or will it just be more fun?wink

CAR WILL BE SLOWER!   But since its fast, it won't be a problem... car ran 13.30 with headers open, and 14.0 with closed and no posi and 2.73 gears... Car will run a little slower, although owner was taught to shift by Ronnie Sox..no

way more interesting to drive-this past summer was the first time I'd had a four speed car since I sold my 65 corvette in 2002-
