I don't know my earlier than 65 cars real well but I am guessing in the 64 range.

Only 1964 fulsize pontiac parisienne or can also be used on 64 impala

63 has larger diameter hub and column

MY BEAUMONT HAS 4 STUDDED TIRES AND 2 BLOCKHEATERS......AND LOTS OF OIL UNDERNEATH.  The other one has a longer roof.

Thanks guys. It came on my '63 Catalina. I knew it was around that vintage but not sure. It is amazing things like base steering wheels and radio delete plates are
so expensive for the Super Duty/ sleeper theme on street cars. Someone scoffed the base wheel ! Anyhow after finding a replacement on Epay and getting it painted etc. This wheel is for sale. If anyone is interested it is damn nice with a few cracks but the nicest clear wheel I have seen. PM me as I probably won't be checking this thread in the future.

I would have to say 63/64 as well  my 64 GP has the same wheel as this minus some detail and the centre cap of course.......  is it for sale?  if so  message me
