I ordered Big Block springs for Ventura II Install Monday I like the car sitting up.. The headers hit everything It sits 24 inches from fender lip Here is photo of my 69Nova with BB springs Sat 27 inches... Ever see a Yenko LT1 Nova "restored" The seem to set them way too high... Carl
I restored a 69 Nova SS with a SB and air back in the 80's. In researching parts, I ask for BB springs and I was told the air cars had BB springs. Or at least in the aftermarget industry there were only two springs available (SB) or (BB,SB w/AC). I bought all Moog parts for the front end of the car including the BB springs. After it was all back together, I was a little disappointed that the front end didn't really set much, if any, higher than it did with the 18 yr old springs we took out. By the way, that car was Cranberry red with a black vinyl top so it looks quite a bit like the car in your post. The only cars I've seen set that high have some assist other than just springs to get there.

Thanks I,m hoping for 2.5 inches that would be perfect for me You are correct on the real high cars they must use a spacer or 2

yup-they always want another 2 1/2 inches !
in high school I needed another two and a half inches so I twisted those Canadian Tire aluminum blocks into the front coils of my 72 Lemans Sport-they did the job and stayed there.
