does anyone know if the upper steering column shaft bearing is the same as the chevy? Ordering parts is easier that way. 63 was the first year to use a spring to preload the bearing, how long did this style remain? suppliers computers usually dont date back this far, espcially with pontiacs so some tips would be handy

I found out it is the same as an impala. the color coding was different though
