Looks like all they did was to take the 65 GTO seat covers and remove the Pontiac arrowhead - pretty easy modification to make an item they can charge another $300 bucks for.  Oh, and since they removed the arrowhead, does this prove that Beaumonts were not Pontiacs?biggrin

I think it proves that the seats were produced without any logo be it the traditional Pontiac arrowhead logo or the arrowhead and maple leafs used on A bodies sold by Pontiac dealers in Canada.

Interestingly enough the ad refers to Pontiac Beaumonts.

I think it's great these items are starting to appear. If the Beaumont is the Holy Grail of A bodies, I wonder if our full size Pontiacs (esp with big block power) will be the Holy Grail of B bodies?

I'm sure your time will come but it's our time right now. I love those big Canadian B-bodies too. You have to admit that those mid size cars normally are more desirable than those huge cruizers..

Agreed, sort of........

There's just something about a B body Canadian Pontiac that you just can't deny. The sex appeal of those cars is undeniable. Yes, they are big and heavy and not near as fast as Acadians and Beaumonts but you gotta admit, some of them have the "wow" factor that the A and X bodys just can't duplicate.

Take that '67 Grande Parisienne that is featured in Astro News Flash original road test review, fully optioned big block power, 0-60 in 7 seconds or less, hideaway headlights, redlines, skirts, man that car has sex appeal.
