I know this doesn't apply to 1960 but I remember seeing a 58 Cdn. Parr. rag top [ Black] 348 & was declared factory 4spd?? If so, you would think they carried it forward????

I've always known the 4 speeds to be a dealer installed accessory starting in 1958 on fullsize chevys. I would assume that was carried over to pontiacs too.

Thats interesting Ray, when I saw that car at a show, owner had all options listed on sign board, & when I talked to him he said it was all Factory options, maybe some "fibbing" or he didn't know that it didn't come that way??? "As they used to say on LAUGH IN "VERY INTERESTING"

Is this the Parisienne that came from the West Coast?? It ended up in Yorkton Sask. a while ago. The guy who owned it (or previous owner) added power brakes and discs. Can't remember if it was a four gear though. Can't be too many black Parisienne ragtops around.
